This 45-minute musical theater show will keep your audience chuckling as you show the ups and downs of a high school film team trying to win a film competition. Their film needs to be about friendship – but it turns out, the team has an awful lot to learn about friendship before they can complete their film! Your high school cast will act, sing, and dance their way through the adventure, from the announcement of the team (“I Hope I Made the Film Team”), to a funny brainstorming session (“I Have an Idea”), to conflict and forgiveness (“Forgiveness”), to learning to use their gifts (“The Right Direction”), and more. Scripture quotations are woven into the show’s memorable tunes.

This show is designed for 15-25 high school students. There are 3 specifically male roles, 4 specifically female roles, and 18 flexible roles. You can double up smaller roles for a smaller group. With this modern-day story, costuming will be a snap, and you don’t need a fancy stage or set. You’ll just need a few props and some creativity!
