Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or using products from the Silver Lamp Press website (“Service”), operated by Silver Lamp Press LLC. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including contact information and credit card information. See our Privacy Policy for how we protect and use your information. All sales are final.

Our Service allows you to access digital files for practicing and performing musical shows. You may share these files with your organization only for the purpose of putting on your organization’s performances over a one-year period. You may not pass on these digital files to other organizations or to individuals not involved in your production. You do not have permission to keep using these files beyond your one-year license. Your organization’s performers and directors have permission to print physical copies of scripts and sheet music only for your organization’s performances over a one-year period. You and your performers may not re-sell or distribute digital or printed copies of our scripts, sheet music, or other materials provided in the show packages.

Preview packs (consisting of demo song recordings and drama script) may be used indefinitely for the purchaser’s private use, but not for performance or distribution. Individual performers and directors who wish to have copies of the song recordings for personal enjoyment after the show must purchase their own preview packs from Silver Lamp Press.

We expect that our shows will be produced in keeping with how they were written. You must get written permission from Silver Lamp Press if you wish to make changes to the script, lyrics, or music for your organization’s performance. You may contact Silver Lamp Press via the web contact page or email.

If your organization purchases and performs one of our full production packages, you may record your performance and sell DVDs to your performers and organization supporters. Your recording must include the show title, the authors’ names, and the phrase “licensed by Silver Lamp Press”. You may also post your performance video online. Online recordings must include the show title, the authors’ names, and the phrase “licensed by Silver Lamp Press”.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Silver Lamp Press. Silver Lamp Press has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

We will occasionally update these Terms. When we post changes, we will revise the "last updated" date at the bottom of this statement. You are welcome to review the Terms often and contact us regarding any concerns.
